The Garden-Variety Fascinator

I am just knocking down the list of my most coveted fashion pieces one by one. First the LV, now this stunning fascinator...the only problem is that while there is almost nothing I won't wear to the office, I think I would have to leave this statement piece at home. I need someone to get married immediately (preferably into the British royal family) so I can whip this puppy out in a reasonable context.
